The Challenge
With 4+ years of research and 18 patents, Virtue developed a breakthrough technology poised to disrupt a $68 billion industry. The challenge was how to launch the brand to market and build a scalable direct-to-consumer eCommerce business.
My Responsibilities
- Scoped the project and created a roadmap to facilitate the signing of a SOW
- Gathered requirements, lead IA and created internal wireframes
- Collaborated closely with the design team; presented and gathered feedback for all design work
- Worked continuously with the development team while technical requirements constantly changed (UX/design needed to be updated)
- Tested the site and logged/tracked bugs in Jira during the QA phase
