Redesigning the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority website to be an effective business and communication tool.
The Challenge
The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority is a destination marketing organization that lacked a compelling and proactive positioning strategy. The website suffered from this lack of identity resulting in an inadequate business communication tool. Our main task was to strategically restructure and redesign the site to articulate the value of the Authority, and become the primary source of Southern Nevada’s tourism information for all its target audiences.
