American Gaming Association 

Redesigning the AGA’s website to become the destination for the gaming industry.

Our Goal
The American Gaming Association articulates the value of the modern gaming industry, promoting its interests at the federal and state level and providing membership.  The overarching goal was to present AGA as a modern, sophisticated, trade association that reflects the value and vibrancy of the industry.  We set out to ensure that the digital experience reflected the new industry and association positioning work provided by High Lantern Group, while improving upon the disjointed existing website.  Our task was to create a rich site where wayfinding was intuitive, content was discoverable, and resources for all key audiences were accessible. 

My Responsibilities

Conducted a UX site audit
- Gathered site requirements
- Researched target audiences and created user flows
- Conducted stakeholder and user interviews
- Lead information architecture, initiated content mapping and created internal wireframes
- Collaborated closely with the design and development teams
